UX Research: Applied attitudinal and behavioral interviews throughout A/B test, qualitative and quantitative interviews in multiples steps of the design thinking process.
Brand Design: New brand and design guidelines created.
UX / UI: Project focussed on the created personas, interface with easy understanding and direct use.
Product Design: System created and prototyped, tested with the same people of the UX research.
